Her face has already scarred and has become worse due to PBC (a rare skin condition). Her eyes, nose, lips, and cheeks have swollen abnormally. Even breathing and eating are a struggle now. She needs multiple plastic and reconstructive surgeries, skin grafts, ICU monitoring, and long-term medication. The estimated cost of the full treatment is ₹14.65 lakhs. But Fulmatiya has no source of income. No savings. And no family to depend on except one person.
She has a son. But he no longer supports her.

“She never asks for anything,” her daughter says, wiping away tears.
